Description

Tomey Biometer OA-2000

The Tomey Biometer OA-2000 is an instrument designed to measure axial length, corneal curvature radius, corneal topography, and much more in a single scan. Thanks to its Fourier-domain method, it provides high-speed scans with deep penetration capacity. This device allows for the measurement of axial length, corneal curvature radius, corneal topography, and many other data points in a single scan. This cutting-edge technology is based on the Fourier-domain method, enabling high-speed scans with a high penetration capacity.

The Tomey Biometer OA-2000 uses the Fourier-domain method, which contributes to its scanning speed. In addition to this method, it also utilizes vector scans, improving measurement rates even in patients with lens opacities. The annular cone method is employed to measure corneal curvature radius at ø2.0 mm, ø2.5 mm, and ø3.0 mm, providing valuable data for eye care professionals.
