MIR Minispir USB Spirometer
The MIR Minispir spirometer is a lightweight, easy-to-use professional spirometer designed to operate exclusively when connected to a computer via an integrated USB cable. This mode of use ensures continuous power supply, optimal operating stability and direct data recording in the MIR Spiro software. Designed without a screen or internal memory, it eliminates the risk of storage errors and simplifies workflow in clinical environments. Thanks to its bidirectional digital turbine, it offers reliable flow and volume measurement, compliant with international ISO and ATS/ERS standards.
MIR Minispir PC spirometer: precision and compliance for professional environments
The Minispir spirometry device fits perfectly into medical facilities requiring accurate and documented spirometry. Its integrated temperature sensor allows automatic BTPS conversion, ensuring the accuracy of measured volumes regardless of environmental conditions. Combined with MIR Spiro software, the device provides access to a wide range of parameters including FVC, FEV1, PEF, FEF at different percentages and numerous derived values. The software also offers a wide choice of reference equations, including GLI and ERS, allowing the analysis to be adapted to the patient’s profile. Dynamic tests are displayed in real time, facilitating immediate validation of manoeuvres and improving the reliability of respiratory function screening.
MIR Minispir USB: connected solution for digital clinical spirometry
The Minispir is designed for seamless integration into medical IT systems. EMR/EHR compatibility via HL7, GDT, FHIR and other standards allows patient data to be centralised and secured while automating clinical documentation. For paediatrics, interactive animations integrated into the software encourage young patients to cooperate, facilitating the performance of complete and reproducible tests. The system accepts disposable FlowMIR turbines, ensuring a high level of hygiene without calibration or disinfection, or reusable turbines with appropriate disinfection. Thanks to its compact size and light weight, it is suitable for both clinics and professional travel, offering an effective solution for on-site spirometry.
